➕ How do I book a session?

Click [here] to get started! I’ll follow up with available dates, send a quick questionnaire, and reserve your spot with a signed contract + $50 retainer.

➕ Where do sessions take place?

Most sessions are outdoors during golden hour in the Denver metro area or Colorado mountain spots. I’ll help you choose a location that matches your vibe — from RiNo art district, to wildflower trails (when they’re in season) , to cozy in-home newborn sessions.

➕ What’s golden hour, and why do you love it so much?

Golden hour is the dreamy 60–90 minutes before sunset. The light is soft, warm, and glowy — perfect for capturing connection and real moments (and avoiding squinty eyes!). I also shoot other times of day upon request! Mornings are also lovely.

➕ Will you tell me what to do with my hands?

Yes. 100 times yes. You don’t need to know how to pose — I’ll guide you into movement and moments that feel natural and never stiff.

➕ What should we wear?

Once you’re booked, I’ll send a full style pin board to help you coordinate without matching. I lean toward soft textures, earthy tones, and outfits that let you be you. Feel free to check out my what to wear blog post too!

➕ Do you offer mini sessions?

Yes! I offer seasonal minis a few times a year — short, sweet, and perfect for quick updates. My email list gets first dibs (they fill fast!) — [join the list here].

➕ How many images do we get?

Full sessions include 25+ fully edited images in an online gallery to download, share, and print. No hidden fees. Mini Sessions include 5 images with the option to upgrade to the full gallery.

➕ When will we get our photos?

Your full gallery will be ready in 3-4 weeks. I usually send a few sneak peeks within the first few days (because I get excited too!).

➕ Can we bring our dog? Or a goat?

Absolutely. I love pets of all kinds — just give me a heads-up so we can plan the perfect location.

➕ What if the weather turns?

No stress — I keep an eye on the forecast and always have reschedule options ready. We’ll touch base 24–48 hours before your session if needed, and will chat through the day if the weather is questionable. Colorado loves to throw us curveballs, so I always reserve dates for backup sessions.

➕ Do you travel?

Yes! I photograph across the Denver metro area and often in the Colorado mountains. For anything beyond that, just ask — I’m always up for a photo adventure! Costa Rica was my favorite photo destination so far!

➕ Can you Photoshop my toddler’s face onto a more cooperative body?

Tempting. But no. I can capture real joy, movement, and snuggles — no Photoshop needed.
