I love when we get to use things that were handmade for a family. Each and every stitch, blessing is spoken into it. It's especially special when each sibling gets to use it. 

Emma was given the stunning blanket below by her great grandmother. It was soft and full of love. 

I recognize that I absolutely love cute newborn poses, and I deeply admire how much work goes into each position- but it has grown in my heart to capture newborns as naturally as possible when they're posed before we do lifestyle newborn images with the family. Simple hats or headbands, soft neutral backdrops- all things to honor your newborn.
